Dispatch Times

Due to the current situation, we are experiencing delays in our shipping times. We are doing everything we can to ensure that all orders are being shipped to our customers in as timely a manner as possible. In most cases this is within 3-4 business days although this can stretch to 7-10 business days after a weekend or during a promotional period. We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.

 

Sendle 

We use Sendle for all our courier services. Sendle are an Australian based company providing a fully carbon neutral delivery service. Please note that there may be unexpected delays across their entire network due to the Covid-19.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic Shipping is free for all orders over $150. A flat rate of $10 applies to all Australian orders under $150.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping to New Zealand, Asia, Western Europe, North America and the Pacific. Shipping rates for all International orders will be calculated per order.
