Our Story

The world around us is changing. Consumers are becoming more conscious than ever about the environment and wanting to choose sustainable products that are not harming our planet in their production or their use. Consumers also want to use products that are safe for their families. Hearing more conversations about “Indoor Pollution” it made us think about what is in the air in our homes. 

We wanted to create a brand that would produce products that would meet this need. Using organic, ethically sourced, natural ingredients. We all need to take steps towards this in whatever way we can. And so Viam Organics was born.

Viam means “the way” or “road” in latin and in addition the word Viam has a particularly personal meaning for me because it encapsulates our 2 daughters’ names as well. They have been such an integral part of our journey, and developing these products is very much about showing them the way we should be living and caring for our families, communities and our planet.

We are working alongside world-class fragrance experts to create Australian made products using the best Australian ingredients. Learning about the extraordinary properties of all of our Australian essential oils has been eye opening and integral in creating our product range.

Our first product range is based on a unique combination of essential oils that neutralise unpleasant odours while creating an uplifting ambience in the space. This range of products goes above and beyond a traditional air freshener. Our products are air cleansers. The essential oils have antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal and antimicrobial properties that all work together to remove the cause of the unpleasant odour. Our Rooms Sprays, Candles and Diffuser Oils are made with all natural ingredients, Australian essential oils and are manufactured entirely in Australia. We are so proud of this range of products and we are so excited for you to try them.
